Being raised in the multicultural environment of Amsterdam with a certain degree of soberness and the ability to think freely I have been connected to and intrigued by different types of cultures and design from an early age. I quickly discovered that maths and grammar wasn't my thing but art and design was. Rather than putting multiplications on paper I drew my notebooks full with anime and cartoon characters because that inspired (and it still does) me to be creative.

Ever since that I searched for ways to express myself in different ways throughout school and college. I got further into design by passion and developed myself to be creative in multiple fields. Cut and raised with that Amsterdam mentality having discipline and the right motivation means a lot to me. I’ve always been drawn to finding simple solutions to complex challenges. Fused with my passion for creating beautiful things, I'm on a constant journey of learning and growing to become a better version of myself every day, because I think there is no finish line or limit to a single person's development, capabilities and knowledge.

And that's why I always like to work hard and play even harder because I've learnt to always believe in what I want to do. At the same time I like to bring the best out of both worlds into my designs which are known for their sophisticated simplicity and thoughtful details.
