Nike MVP

During my time working at the Nike Store in Amsterdam I got the chance to re-design the MVP (Most Valuable Player) also known as Employee of the Month posters. The posters we had at the store were old and outdated so we decided it was time for new ones with all the updated Service Ethos* and Commitments.
All the posters have different colors to each month and commitment so it’s easier to seperate them from each other. There are 6 Commitments in total so we divided them over the 12 months the year has. Each month all the Athletes get the chance to vote for the one colleague who committed the most to the commitment of that month. In addition to the monthly posters I also created a yearly overview where all the months are displayed along with the commitments of each month.

*The Service Ethos is a list of behaviors that Athletes have to follow to create a unique experience for consumers at Nike Stores. It all starts with yourself as a Athlete to do your personal best at all times by doing this you will not only be an example for fellow Athletes but also for the consumers who visit the store. With building a unique experience for the consumers you will not only help people getting certain products they want but also inviting them into the world of Nike and all things the brand has to offer such as; events, apps and much more!

The 6 Commitments of the Service Ethos are:
– Invites Them In
– Listens To Learn
– Gets The Win
– Celebrates Their Victories
– Make It Personal
– Do Your Personal Best
